To add the hearts I used a pin head 

Collection 2in1 topcoat + gloss enhancer,
 Collection 2in1 base coat + ridge filler,
L'oreal colour riche - 204 Boudoir Rose,
Mavala Nail colour cream - 244 Ruby.
