Foundation Review - Revlon Colourstay normal/dry skin

So... im just gonna keep it short and sweet, because as you can probably tell from that last photo, im knackered! This foundation is medium coverage and i apply it with a flat-head buffer brush by eco tools, however it drys quite quick so you have to work it in pretty fast, im looking to buy some makeup sponges to give a better coverage and easier application. it has some slight shimmers in it which gives it a light reflecting look. anyway it lasts all day long so its great for that. im pretty happy and this is my 3rd bottle although i havnt had any for a year or so.

so i went to Superdrug and boots to get these few things, i was planning on getting Revlons Photoready foundation after reading loads of great reviews but when i swatched some on my hand it seemed super shimmery! so i went back to an old favorite of the Revlon Colourstay which i love love love and used a few times in the past before trying some new ones. I got the one specifically for normal to dry skin in Ivory, it also has an SPF of 15 so thats a plus! hopefully we will get some sun...
The mascara is another major favorite of mine so that was a no brainer really, i just get disappointed when trying new mascaras because they never measure up to this one!
The gelly nail paint ive been looking forward to trying and have already applied it, i will do a review in a few days time.
Ive had countless eyeliners in my life and heard this one is good so i picked that up to try, im planning on doing a review of the eyeliners i have soon so keep a look out for that.
Finally i needed a new concealer and this one had a couple of quid off as well as a free gift bag (see photo below) so i thought i would give that a try.

Outfit of the day: Shopping

I had to go to town to buy a couple of things for university (super glue and elastic.. fun times!!) and also grab a birthday present for a friend. So here's my outfit :)

i wore a simple blouse which has a lace collar bought from a Vintage shop in Leicester called "The Wardrobe" they have an array of different patterned ones, all made from vintage pieces of clothing. i paired it with some high waist dark blue skinny jeans from Topshop and some Converse pumps :)

EYES: B. stunning vibrant eye shimmer "golden sand", No7 Stay Perfect Amazing Eyes Pencil in black and over the top of that, No7 smokey powder eyeshadow in black. Max Factor clump defy mascara. Gosh velvet touch "purple stain" eyeliner for the lower lash line.

Date Night

 I went out last night to a couple of pubs with my boyfriend, here is my date night look! i hope you like it and if you have any questions, please ask :) When we got back we ordered a massive Dominoes feast!!

B. Complete nail polish : Sea Foam

I have been SO impressed by this nail polish! I haven't really been that into painting my nail recently as they chip so quick and take ages to dry so i always manage to mess them up! However, i saw this colour and fell in love and couldn't help myself buying it. I am so glad i did! Although at first i was really skeptical as the layers are really sheer, they dry right away and it only took me 4 coats to reach opacity. They only chipped once and i patched that up with a dab of nail polish, but overall they lasted me 4 days, which for me is amazing! I have already re-painted them with this colour!
